Retreat Co-Host
Jenny Holsinger is a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, Reiki Master, and holistic healing guide with a background in hypnotherapy, NLP, and emotional bodywork. Her journey into healing began through personal transformation—navigating chronic stress, emotional disconnection, and the demands of motherhood until one honest question from a medical professional cracked the door to deep inner work. Since then, she has devoted herself to helping others realign with their own wisdom, embodiment, and wholeness.
Jenny’s approach is rooted in compassion, nervous system awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. She integrates hands-on healing, intuitive insight, and grounded presence to support sustainable shifts from survival into self-trust. As co-host of the Rewilding Retreat, Jenny brings a warm and steady energy to the space, inviting women to soften, release, and reconnect with their primal knowing.
In addition to her hands-on healing work, Jenny is a devoted herbalist with a deep reverence for the wisdom of the natural world. She crafts intentional, small-batch tea blends using high-quality medicinal herbs to support the body, mind, and spirit. For the Rewilding Retreat, Jenny will be offering custom herbal infusions designed to nourish the nervous system, enhance grounding, and complement the healing journey of each participant.

Adventure LeaderA wild woman at heart and in practice, Maureen grew up in the bow of a canoe and has been exploring the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness for more than two decades. Her roots as a Girl Scout grew into time as a Girl Scout counselor and guide. Maureen has guided and participated in countless women-led wilderness trips, including canoeing in the Boundary Waters and the entire length of the St. Croix River. In a year spent traveling the world, she solo-camped in the Alaska off-trail wilderness and backpacked across New Zealand.
Maureen believes that the skills she has gained from wilderness survival strengthen her resilience and resolve in all areas of her life. She currently owns and manages a women-owned dog daycare and boarding facility in Duluth, Minnesota. What started off as a one-woman dog walking business has transformed into a thriving enterprise/company with more than a dozen employees in just four years.
She continues to take small groups of women, friends and family into the boundary waters year after year, often facilitating many to experience it for the first time. Despite having traveled all over the world, Maureen has always felt the most grounded at home beneath the northern pines. The magical mix of silence, wildness, water, and wind is a remedy for modern day life unlike any other. No matter your experience level, Maureen is eager to share the joys of canoeing and wilderness navigation with you, and will ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed while doing so.
